The Talbott Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel just steps away from Michigan Avenue. The 16 floors of spacious rooms and suites are all euipped with the lastest technology. Built in 1927 and recently renovated, the Four Diamond, European style Talbott-Hotel provides everything one expects from world class boutique hotels with top of the line amenities, a welcoming staff that takes personal pride in the service they deliver. In-hotel dining and room service from the acclaimed Little Market Brasserie and sidewalk cafe and just out side the hotel doors is everything Chicago has to offer.
The 150-seat restaurant provides guests with a truly unique dining experience, one where guests can relax in an authentic yet modern brasserie setting that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining room has the look and feel of a classic Parisian brasserie with modern touches, such as black and white tiles, oversized antique mirrors and art from renowned artist Erni Vales. Little Market Brasserie is a comfortable alternative to the usual downtown dining scene and offers a moderately priced menu. Little Market Brasserie offers Chicago a taste of different regions of the United States while using ingredients from around the world. Chef Ryan Poli and Managing Partner Alfredo Sandoval traveled around 12 different cities looking for ideas and inspiration. The menu at Little Market Brasserie features a diverse, yet approachable selection of dishes inspired by classic French Brasseries while using a variety of ingredients from different parts of the world.
