This conservatory-like space has become the fine-dining evening venue in the AAA Five-Diamond luxury hotel. Executive Chef Toby Joseph has crafted a wonderful new spring menu for this space, offering a less grill-oriented selection that truly demonstrates his talents and imagination. The restaurant also has its own entrance on the south end of the hotel for those who do not wish to walk through the lobby area. The beautiful Remington Restaurant opens for dinner Monday through Saturday. It opens for breakfast and lunch daily and for brunch on Sundays. Meanwhile, diners can still enjoy dinner from the grill in the Remington Bar where the club-like feel of this live-music, dance venue provides an entirely different experience. The Remington Bar has its own special menu focusing on grilled food from steaks to a signature hamburger. An expanded menu is offered Sunday nights when the Remington Restaurant is closed.
