The Marmara Bodrum
The Marmara Bodrum sits on a high hill overlooking the city and the Aegean Sea. The views of both are dramatic; so much so that on arriving at the hotel it is difficult not to be mesmerized.
Not only are the views intriguing, but the decor of the public rooms are absolutely stunning. Compared with the rest of the hotel the rooms are fairly conservative in their decor but, never the less, quite comfortable. All rooms have balconies.
While larger hotels have opened in the area, the Marmara Bodrum has maintained a distinct charm and character that is hard to beat. We loved the health club, spa and authentic Turkish Bath. But most of all the close proximity to the town of Bodrum is great, and after a hard night out it's wonderful to go up the hill and return to this very special hotel.
