Each work is a crisp black and white photograph of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, capturing the city’s social and architectural icons through Tihany’s innovative lens.
Rooms and suites—including the Loft Suites and the Penthouse with private access and a rooftop terrace—feature inspired appointments and original furniture designs that maximize the use of space. A polished chrome reading lamp recessed in the headboard, 300 thread count sheets, and a full martini station are but few of the thoughtful touches designed to enhance each guest's stay. Spacious bathrooms, which include a full line of Gilchrist & Soames spa products, gleam with dark ceramic tiles, while rainforest showerheads with adjustable flow provide a relaxing retreat. Drawing upon Texas' top ranking as a producer of wind energy, Charlie Palmer features a "breezy" theme, which includes lazily spinning turbines within covered ceiling lights. Executive Chef Scott Romano, formerly of Spago and Cut, offers diners an elemental lineup of artisanal ingredients, simply prepared. Crisp black sea bass with sweet Vidalia onion and the tagine braised pheasant with truffle-smoked bacon ragout are popular dishes, though pairings are customized according to diners’ preference. The Chef's menu reaches beyond the confines of this sophisticated venue to the rooftop pool bar, where guests can enjoy a light-fare menu in comfortable seating and lounging areas. Private dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests. Parties of 11-15 guests can enjoy the main dining room. Small plates by Charlie Palmer are available in The Joule’s lobby.
A shimmering palette of gold, copper, and silver imbues the PM Nightlife Lounge with a cutting edge, artistic energy unique to this exclusive underground destination.
