Whether you are cozying up in a single suite or taking over the entire lodge, your time at The Chatwal Lodge will feel like a true escape from the hectic world.
The Chatwal Lodge’s main restaurant makes the most of its proximity to local Catskills farms and bakeries. Chef Jesse Kloskey’s refined rustic American cuisine harkens back to his Wisconsin childhood as well as time spent cooking in Napa’s Michelin-starred restaurants. Consisting of lunch, dinner and a spectacular weekend brunch, Rustic Grill celebrates the wonders of nature and offers a warm atmosphere.
There is no better setting for a rustic-inspired breakfast than the majestic Timber Lounge, with its soaring wood beamed ceilings and historic stonework.
