Six Senses Samui is located on a headland on the northern tip of Samui Island, approximately six kilometres from the airport and a forty-five minute flight south of Bangkok. Koh Samui is south of Bangkok and east of Phuket, inside the Gulf of Thailand. The island is just 21 kilometres wide and 25 kilometres long and has frequent air services from Bangkok, Phuket, Singapore and Hong Kong. The massive seated Buddha Image known as ‘Big Buddha’ is just five minutes from the resort.
