By day, the menu at Le Barth is light, fresh and carefree, the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon at the beach, with scrumptious homemade pizzas and crusty stuffed baguettes. As the sun sets, Aux Amis surfaces, sending a ripple through the daytime calm and offering island- inspired French cuisine in a casual setting that is elegant but never staid. All day, enjoy Le Café, for expertly brewed coffee drinks, the pool bar, Le Turquoise, for light snacks and organic juices, and at any time, ring for whatever you might wish, prepared to your liking and served wherever you would prefer to enjoy it – in-room, by the pool or beach.
