René and Marie-Louise Meilleur, then their children Maxime and Sophie, as well as their spouse, have made La Bouitte a charming 5-star hotel that marries wonderfully with simplicity . It is not a pottery - Rene's passion - a cushion in beautiful knitted wool, a beam - the oldest dating back to 1702 -, a bell - there are dozens of them - that contribute to this unique atmosphere.
