There are 50 rooms and suites at COMO Castello Del Nero, each designed by Paola Navone to reflect an airy, pared-back aesthetic. Dining venues at COMO Castello Del Nero, ranging from the Michelin-starred La Torre, to the casually informal La Taverna. Each dining venue uses carefully sourced produce from around the Tuscan region to produce nourishing and flavoursome cuisine. Michelin-starred La Torre is overseen by Executive Chef, Giovanni Luca Di Pirro. Ingredients are locally sourced and showcase inventive Italian cuisine at its finest. The 12th-century wine cellars at COMO Castello Del Nero are an atmospheric setting for fine wine and olive oil tastings. La Taverna is a relaxed and informal restaurant in the castle’s original twelfth-century kitchen, with an open fire and classic Italian dishes.
COMO Shambhala Retreat at COMO Castello Del Nero, Tuscany, is an elegant, cocooning sanctuary for therapeutic treatments including massage, yoga and Guinot facials. Thermal suites offer a revitalising experience, with an invigorating ice fountain, gentle sauna, aromatic steam room and heated vitality pool. A 25-metre heated outdoor pool (open only during summer) is ideal for gentle exercise, while our gym provides a space for targeted workouts.
