Nice has a certain air of exclusivity, yet it is the most colorful, accessible and inviting resort city on the French Riviera. The sun shines 300 days a year and the beaches are crowded during the summer months, but leisurely evenings spent at the opera, local cafes and hip nightclubs are the pulse of the city.  A stroll along the sea on the Promenade des Anglais is the quintessential Nice experience.  Don't miss out on a visit to the quaint Old Town with its maze-like passageways and perfectly restored Baroque churches.  The shopping is second to none, with a mix of chic storefronts and colorful outdoor fruit, vegetable and flower markets.  There is eye-candy for everyone in this lovely city by the sea.
