Chef Anderw Cooper


From the “Big Island” of Hawaii to the “Land of Enchantment,” Executive Chef Andrew Cooper is excited to lead the culinary efforts at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe.

“This is my first time living in the Southwest, and I couldn’t be more excited about the prospect of learning new techniques incorporating New Mexican influences and flavors,” says Cooper.  “I already am researching local game, farmers’ markets and growers, and seasonal offerings unique to the destination.  The rich culture and history of Santa Fe promise many exciting adventures – culinary and otherwise – for me in this new role.”

With more than 20 years of experience around the globe, Chef Cooper’s diverse resume includes a wealth of culinary expertise in a variety of cuisine styles. A graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, Chef Cooper brings more than 12 years of Four Seasons experience to his new role as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado.
