London was the first, then Nanchang, China and now Singapore will have the world's tallest observation wheel.  492 feet high with 28 capsules which can each hold up to 28 people.  Once around takes 30 minutes but we are sure there will be corporate parties where one capsule will be reserved for the whole evening.
